Crossroads Utility Systems, Inc. has notified the District that they are currently experiencing an interruption in utility payment options for certain types of phone and in person payments due to an issue with their computer network and a ransomware attack.  
 
Ways to pay:
 
In person payments can be made at the Crossroads office at 2601 Forest Creek in Round Rock.  Checks, cash or money orders only can be accepted at this time at this location. 
 
Credit card payments can only be made online at this time, until further notice.
 
During this time, no late fees will be assessed.
 
A remote call center has been set up to receive and route calls. No sensitive data has been affected by this issue and Crossroads is working with their software application vendors to get their system back online. Any questions should be directed to Crossroads at 512-246-1400. Or [email protected]
